Position Objective:

Lexor is searching for Internal Sales Representative to join our team FULL TIME.

We are looking for candidates to be a professional, friendly, and helpful voice to represent Lexor Manufacturing, LLC. The sales team representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, and providing aftercare to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a willingness to learn and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of computer (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, basic Internet functions)
• Strong communication skills and professional phone demeanor
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
• Basic clerical skills, friendly and organized
• Strong sales experience and customer service skills to ensure positive customer relations
• Detail oriented and passionate in assisting customers
• Proactive and willingness to learn
• An ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
• Ability to answer and manage multiple incoming calls

Job Duties:

• Developing strong product knowledge as well as customer service experience.
• Provide the best customer service and respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
• Understanding customers’ needs and provide solutions swiftly
• Providing pre-sale products presentations and estimating customers on quotes quickly and accurately.
• Converting sale quotes into actual orders and providing after-sale services.
• Exceeding or achieve personal KPIs and sales targets or quotas while demonstrating solid customer focus.
• Understanding and executing well on direct sales policy, Department Standard Operating Procedure and Web Application.
• Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills
• Developing new account (Cold Call), networking, referrals or repeating customers.
• Providing feedback from customers in order to access possible improvements to existing products and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity.
• Working on special projects and contributing to team effort.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is starting from $17 an hour plus commission (average $3,000 and up to $10,000 monthly) with full benefits include:
